We accept all major credit cards and Google Checkout. We accept Chapter Checks only.  Please see Chapter orders for more information.

We offer flat rate shipping. $6.95 ships your entire cart*.  So fill up those carts!  Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.  We will ship UPS or USPS we provide tracking information for both shipping services. 

YOUR ORDER IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED WHEN THE TRACKING INFORMATION BY POST OFFICE DELIEVERS THE PACKAGE.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE WE TURN IT OVER TO THE POST OFFICE DELIVERS THE PACKAGE.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLILTIY TO MAKE SURE IT GOES TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND IS A SECURE LOCATION FOR DROP OFF FOR YOUR MAIL.

*Flat rate shipping is not available for large chapter orders of coffee cups, blankets, towels, and other heavy items over $500.  Chapter orders please email us for a quote on shipping.

We custom make most of our products.  Normal processing time for most products is 3 to 5 business days.  However, select items may ship quicker or later as noted on the product page.  

Rush services are available for select items.  If you pay for rush service, for one item we will try our best to include all of your purchases, but we cannot guarantee it. You may receive two shipments.  Rush service means your order will be bumped to the head of the processing line and will ship priority mail. 

For instance, 24 hour rush service means your order will be completed and shipped within 24 hours of order being placed.  Your order will then be shipped priority mail which usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days of shipment date.

All jewelry items may be returned within 7 days of receiving merchandise; however, a Return Authorization must be given.  A credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restock fee within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Non-jewelry items: Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order returns are generally not accepted and we are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes we have made and in those cases a corrected replacement is sent out. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of merchandise receipt and a Return Authorization must be given.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive the returned merchandise (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return status.  We’ll notify you again once we've received and processed the returned item.

Licensing Policy

M&D Sorority Gifts is a licensed Greek vendor.  We are officially allowed to sell licensed Greek merchandise or purchase merchandise for resell from a Greek Wholesale Officially Licensed Vendor for the following Greek organizations: Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Epsilon Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Alpha Sigma Alpha, Alpha Sigma Tau, Alpha Xi Delta, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Delta Phi Epsilon, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Phi Mu, Phi Sigma Sigma, Pi Beta Phi, Sigma Kappa, Sigma Delta Tau, Sigma Sigma Sigma, Theta Phi Alpha, Zeta Tau Alpha and many more.

Recently, twenty-six Greek organizations filed a lawsuit in order to protect their trademark.  Here at M&D Sorority Gifts, we understand the importance of protecting your brand.   M&D Sorority Gifts will utilize all reasonable means to ensure that products being sold from this website are produced by licensed manufacturers when and where appropriate. Since it is possible that a license and/or copyright may exist that M&D Sorority Gifts is unaware of, it is necessary for M&D Sorority Gifts to adopt the following licensing policy.

The customer represents that all materials utilized by the seller in the distribution of the merchandise described in this web site (specifically including, but not limited to, the Greek Organization Greek letters, crests, coat of arms, logos, school or university references, insignias, or other designs) will not cause or result in the violation of any law, judicial decision, rule, regulation, ordinance, licensing, franchise or similar agreements, informal or formal, oral or written, between customer and/or other relating to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, etc.

The customer further represents that he/she has the free, full, and unqualified right and authority to purchase and grants the seller the  rights to sell all of the materials described on this web site. The customer acknowledges that the seller shall assume no liability for compliance or non-compliance with said laws, rules, agreements, etc. The seller hereby disclaims all such liability, if any.

The products contained on the web site are for demonstration purposes only and do not indicate or imply that any such designs, logos, or names may be reproduced without proper authorization or permission. Certain national Fraternities & Sororities require official licensed vendors to pay royalty fees on purchases.  M&D Sorority Gifts will pay all royalty fees to said organizations per licensing agreements.

Some customized products such as Greek Paddles may not be available (due to licensing agreements and/or other availability issues) for all organizations, please contact us for details.
